好的提問是雙向的:它既在向面試官傳遞你的判斷力與優先順序,也在幫你判斷這個職位、團隊與公司是否真的適合你。

About the Team(關於團隊)#

  • What is the focus of the team in the near term and why?(團隊近期的重心是什麼,為什麼?)
  • How does planning work for project roadmaps?(專案 roadmap 的規劃是如何進行的?)
  • How does the team decide what to work on when there are competing priorities?(當優先事項相互競爭時,團隊如何決定要做什麼?)
