這份履歷本身沒什麼大問題——只不過它不是一份軟體開發的履歷。這位候選人只談了他的測試經驗。其中只有一個 bullet 提到軟體開發,但細節也不多。
對於軟體開發職位,招募人員主要關心的是你的程式開發經驗。這位候選人實際的工作大部分可能是在測試上,但他不需要提供完整的工作經歷——他只需要描述相關的部分。

這位候選人確實聚焦於成就,但問題是:東西太多了。當你列了這麼多 bullets,讀者不知道該看哪裡。大多數情況下,讀者只會讀前一兩個 bullet 就繼續往下——而你難道不想讓那一兩個 bullet 是最強的嗎?不幸的是,她基本上是用較弱的內容稀釋了整份履歷。
